Shipping: All orders ship within 1-3 business days. In stock items ship next business day. Orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. If express or overnight shipping is needed make sure to contact Puj at sales@pujbaby.com with your special shipping instructions when you place your order.
Returns: Fit is important to get right and sometimes you just need a different size. We realize this and have created a very simple return policy. Returned slings must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Before sending contact sales@pujbaby.com to request a returned merchandise number and include this number with your return. There is a $5 restocking fee for each item returned. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns must be received within 20 days of original ship date.
Sizing: The Go Sling is a fitted sling that is meant to fit snugly and to hold your child close to you. Please see sizing chart on Product pages to determine the best fit. If you are unsure about sizing or happen to fall in between sizes on the sizing chart it may be best and cheapest in the long run to order both sizes and return the one that doesn't fit as well. Your credit card will be refunded upon receipt of product at Puj as per our Return policy. Return policy.
